Horseback Riding Bar

I'm going horseback riding for the first time. Gear will be provided, but do I need a special bra?

I ride a lot, & if you are a Large B or C cup I would advise a sports bra. That should support you well. Don't worry to much, just have fun..Lisa

I ride my 13 or 14 yr old guilding often, but lately I feel as if his carpus is slipping & locking at times...I know I can rehab him with Cortaflex and walking him up & down hills then trotting him up & down hills, anything else I could do????Thanks Lisa
